Description

weberset Plus Tile Adhesive is a standard setting, wall and floor tile adhesive for larger or heavier tiles, suitable for wet and dry areas. weberset Plus Tile Adhesive is available in Grey or White, in 20kg bags.

Can be applied to solid wall substrates such as brickwork, blockwork, cement, concrete and plasterboard. weberset Plus Tile Adhesive can be used on solid floor substrates such as anhydrite screeds, cement/sand screeds and existing ceramic tiles. Application thickness of 3-6mm.

weberset Plus Tile Adhesive can also be mixed with weber AD250 Additive to increase the flexibility of the adhesive.

Meets the certification of BS EN 12004 – C2T.

Things to consider:

• If fixing tiles onto wooden substrates, add weber AD250 admixture first
• If fixing tiles with resin backs, add weber AD250 admixture first

Coverage (approx.): 9 kg/m2 (solid bed, 6 mm thick) 4.5 kg/m2 (solid bed, 3 mm thick) 3.0 kg/m2 (using a notched trowel with 6 x 6 mm notches at 12 mm centres)
Open time: 20 minutes
Working time (pot life): 2 hours
Set time: 24 hours
Temperature resistance: –10 to 100°C and frost resistant when set
Water addition: 4 litres per 20 kg
Particle size: Up to approx. 0.5 mm
Note: setting times are quoted at 20°C and are temperature and humidity dependent.
